Terms of Service

You're responsible for your storefront: your menu, prices, business information, and the orders you accept and fulfill. Storefronts on Snagmi are operated by independent businesses — Snagmi is the software, not the merchant.

You set up your own account with Stripe through Snagmi, and your customers' card payments are processed on that account. Stripe pays out to your bank on its own schedule — Snagmi never holds your money. Snagmi is the platform on your Stripe account and charges a fee on each order. You're responsible for the taxes on your sales.

Don't use Snagmi to sell anything unlawful, to deceive customers, or in a way that harms the platform or other businesses. We may suspend a storefront that violates these terms.

We work to keep Snagmi running, but the service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties. We aren't liable for lost sales or indirect damages.

We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll give notice of material changes.
