AI assistant

Take orders while you sleep.

Your assistant answers questions from your menu, like what's in a dish, what's vegan, and what's still available. Then it takes the order and the payment.
  • Answers from your menu

Allergens and dietary tags come from each dish, so you don't have to write answers in advance.

  • Follows your limits

It uses the same caps, cutoffs, and option rules as checkout, so it can't change a price or oversell a slot.

  • Places real orders

The card is charged, the slot is booked, and the customer gets a confirmation, just like an order placed at checkout.

Pre-orders and caps

Sell only what you can make.

Choose the pickup window, the time slots, and how many orders each can take. A slot closes automatically when it fills.

Your Saturday drop

0 of 40 sold

Saturday pickup

Orders close Friday, 6:00 PM

40 left across five pickup times, up to eight per slot.

  • Limits per time slot

For example, eight orders at 4:00 and eight at 4:30, so pickups are spread out.

  • An order cutoff

Choose when ordering closes. After that, your page shows that orders are closed.

  • Limits per category

Cap categories separately, like 30 pizzas and 10 loaves from the same oven.

Owners on Snagmi

In their own words.

Edge Piece

“First drop was so smooth, I couldn’t believe it. We do a Detroit-style pizza drop every week, and Snagmi makes the whole thing easy. There’s a nice prep list that helps me plan the ingredients. On drop day, people pull up and check in from their phone. We get a ping inside, and we run their order out to the car.”

William’s Irish Tavern

“Customers think the chatbot’s neat. We put it right on our website, and it takes orders for us. Someone can ask for a medium-rare burger with a side, and it handles it. It knows the whole menu, down to every option and allergen. And we’re paying less in fees, so we keep more of every order.”

You sell

$6,080

You pay Snagmi

$50

Which works out to

0.8%

of everything you sold

You hit the $50 cap on order 27. Orders 28 to 160 that month cost you nothing.

Credit card processing is separate: about $224 at standard Stripe rates (2.9% + 30¢, charged on the whole bill).

  • You get paid directly

Customers pay you directly and your business name is on their card statement. Payouts land in your own bank on the schedule you set, and our fee comes off each order as it is paid.

  • No sales, no fee

The fee only applies to paid orders, so a month with no orders costs nothing. No subscription and no card on file.
