Privacy Policy
This is an early-access draft and may change as Snagmi evolves.
This policy covers how Snagmi LLC ("Snagmi", "we", "us") handles information for the businesses that use Snagmi and the customers who order through their storefronts.

Photos you bring in from other services
A business can bring its own photos into Snagmi from Google Drive, Dropbox, Facebook, or Instagram. With Google Drive and Dropbox you pick the files yourself; with Facebook and Instagram we read the photos your Pages and their linked Instagram accounts have posted.
We copy those photos into your business's private files, where you and your assistant can use them, for example on your website. To make each one searchable we describe it with our AI provider. We use the access you grant once, to make the copy, and keep no password or token that could read your account again. We don't use this data for advertising and don't sell it.
Snagmi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Deleting your data
To delete a photo you brought in, delete it from Files in your Snagmi admin; the stored copy is removed. To have us delete your account, or everything your business stored with Snagmi, including photos from Google Drive, Dropbox, Facebook, or Instagram, email info@snagmi.com from the address on your account and we'll confirm when it's done.
Customers can unsubscribe from non-essential emails from a storefront, and can email the same address to update or delete their account information.
